My stay at the Six Senses Kyoto felt special right from check-in. The staff greeted us warmly, making us feel valued. The spa treatments were heavenly and left me completely relaxed, and I appreciated the exceptional in-room breakfast service that offered both local and international dishes. One morning, I tried the matcha pancakes. they were a standout! However, the sushi restaurant didn’t meet expectations. The quality didn’t align with the high price, especially when I've had better sushi experiences elsewhere. An expanded cocktail menu would also have made our evenings more enjoyable. Despite these dining issues, I’d definitely revisit for the lovely atmosphere and service.
